Service status
Live status for every MapMap service, including incident history and scheduled maintenance, is published at status.mapmap.ai. It is the single source of truth, so this page does not repeat it.
Scale and above: 99.5% monthly availability of the hosted API, measured at the gateway health endpoint by a once-a-minute probe, with service credits if we miss it. The same commitment covers a self-host licence whose order form includes a hosted API entitlement. Free, Starter, Growth and pay-as-you-go usage is best-effort. The full commitment, how it is measured, what is excluded and how to claim are in the service level agreement.
Scheduled maintenance is announced on status.mapmap.ai and by email to your technical contact at least 48 hours ahead. Anything else, or a copy of the SLA for your counsel: hello@mapmap.ai.
