Fixed prices, proven on a street.
Every engagement starts with a proof before anyone talks about money. The demo and the desk proof are free; a drive proof on your own street is £2,500 and comes straight off whatever you buy next. The packages below cover what comes after.
Judge the record before anyone talks about money.
The demo and the desk proof are free, and both put a real record in front of you before any commercial conversation starts. A drive proof on your own network comes next, and every penny of it comes off the package you go on to buy.
Desk proof
A street we have already driven, extracted and delivered to you exactly as you would receive it.
Drive proof
Two kilometres on a street you nominate, captured and extracted for you to judge. A vehicle, a driver and a full pipeline run, which is why it is not free.
Buy any package on this page within 90 days of the drive proof and the whole £2,500 comes off it. Every package here costs more than £2,500, so the credit always applies in full, whichever one you choose: it is not reduced on a larger package and it is not capped on a smaller one. It is a credit against work rather than a deposit, so it is not refunded in cash and it does not carry over past 90 days. If you decide not to go ahead, you have bought a drive proof of your own street and you keep it.
Priced to be bought directly, without a framework.
We are not on a highways survey framework, and for work at this size you do not need us to be. Every package is deliberately sized to sit under the threshold at which a council can award directly.
Every engagement on this page is priced to sit inside the below-threshold limit for services, £207,720 including VAT. Below that limit a council may award directly without advertising the opportunity. Engagements at £30,000 and above carry a post-award contract details notice, and your own standing orders may still ask for quotes.
Section 85 of the Procurement Act 2023 bars a council from filtering a below-threshold service tender on supplier suitability. There is no lawful turnover gate and no lawful track-record gate to clear.
Contract value counts the maximum across the whole term, extensions included. We scope the term with you so the total stays inside the limit rather than discovering it later.
A town inventory with three scheduled re-survey visits and two years of evidence access after year three is £145,550 excluding VAT, or £174,660 with VAT, against a limit of £207,720. It fits, with room left.
A large town inventory does not stretch as far, and we would rather you heard it here than at contract stage. At 700 km a re-survey visit is £52,500, so £96,000 plus one visit plus two years of access is £183,960 with VAT and fits; a second committed visit takes the same contract to £246,960 and puts it over. In that case we will tell you it needs a competition or a framework. We will not help you slice one requirement into two contracts to get under the limit, because that is exactly what the valuation rules prohibit.
From a corridor to the whole network.
One fixed price per engagement, each with a stated network allowance in kilometres, so the price is a floor you can plan against rather than a number that moves once we start.
Inventory pilot
Nominated corridors, delivered as GIS layers with the evidence chain behind every feature. The way to find out whether the record is worth having before committing a network budget.
Town inventory
The town network delivered once as a complete positioned register. Fixed price for the stated allowance, with anything beyond it charged at the published overage rate.
Large town inventory
For networks materially above a town. Larger networks are not a linear extrapolation, so they carry their own price rather than being read off the town floor.
Rates outside the allowance
There is no cliff at the edge of an allowance and there is no annual subscription. Kilometres beyond a stated allowance are charged at a published rate, and a re-survey is bought one visit at a time, when you want one.
| Line | Unit | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Beyond a stated allowance | Per centreline km | £120 |
| Re-survey pass | Per centreline km, per visit | £75 |
| Re-survey minimum | Per visit | £15,000 |
| Networks above 700 km | Quoted before capture | Quoted |
| Evidence access after year three | Per year, optional | £2,400 |
A re-survey costs less per kilometre than a first pass because the network is already modelled and the feature identifiers are already stable. It is not free, and we will not pretend it is by folding an unlimited number of visits into an annual figure.
The same method, sized to a smaller question.
Vacancy evidence pack
Per designated area, for high street and vacancy work where a dated photographic record is the evidence. Priced against the grant funding that sits behind vacancy registers, not against our margin.
Restriction layer
Headroom, weight and width along nominated corridors, read from imagery we already hold, each restriction carrying the record behind it rather than just the value.
Restriction layer, driven
The same layer on corridors we have not yet driven. The drive and the per-corridor verification passes are what separate it from the desk price.
Reference truth
For laboratories buying adjudicated ground truth. Sized to the campaign, then per labelled feature above an agreed volume. Exclusivity and model-training rights are separate lines and never travel silently with the data.
A vacancy pack is a dated, positioned photographic record of a designated area on the days it was driven, with a per-frontage read. The statutory condition for a high street rental auction is 366 days of vacancy within 24 months, and no single dated pass can evidence that on its own. What the pack does is contribute dated, independently captured evidence alongside your own records, which is the part that is usually missing.
Publication of imagery is not included by default. Whether any frame from a pack can be published, and on what terms, is decided by our data protection impact assessment for that engagement. We will tell you the answer before you buy, not after.
The same delivery standard, whatever the package.
A link per feature
Every record links to the dated frame it was read from, held on our side and reached through the record.
Three years of evidence access
Hosted access to the record and its evidence links is included for three years from delivery, inside the engagement price. After that, continued access and support is £2,400 a year and is entirely optional.
The layers are yours to keep
The GIS layers are delivered to you and held by you, so declining a renewal does not touch data you have already bought. What lapses is hosted access: the per-feature evidence links resolve to frames on our side, and those stop resolving.
A method and QA statement
Written up per delivery: how it was captured, how positions were derived, and what the review sample covered.
Contractor access included
Your term maintenance contractor and consultants can use the data for your scheme by notification, not by asking our permission.
GIS layers you can open
British National Grid, with stable feature identifiers, so a later pass lines up cleanly against this one.
What these prices are, and are not.
Every figure on this page is indicative and excludes VAT. What you pay is confirmed in writing, scoped to your network, before any work starts.
Roadside is asset inventory and evidence. A statutory carriageway condition survey is gated by PAS 2161, we are not on the approved list, and we will say so rather than sell you something adjacent to it.
A kilometre means a centreline kilometre of adopted highway, taken from your own network extent at scoping. Both directions of a carriageway are one centreline kilometre.
We are the controller for the imagery we capture, not your processor. An impact assessment is completed before an engagement starts, and blurring does not make imagery non-personal, so any publication is decided there and never assumed.
Nothing here renews on its own. Every engagement is bought once, a re-survey is bought one visit at a time, and access after year three is a renewal you choose to take. There is no annual platform fee and no commitment that continues unless you ask for it.
We make no coverage claims and do not sell by area covered. What exists is what has been driven, and each pass says where it went.
Multi-pass change reporting is in build. Until it ships, a re-survey is delivered as a fresh dated pass, not an automated difference report, and it is priced as one.
Start with a demo.
Ask for a demo and we will take you through a real record on ground we have already surveyed. Tell us the street or the corridor you care about and we will scope the right package from there.
